Returns Policy

Returning an item because you have changed your mind


You have 14 days to return items after the day on which you receive the goods or services.


The items must be returned in a new and in unworn condition, with all original packaging and tags. Refunds for returned items that are not received in this condition, may be refused.


Items that cannot be returned:


i)            items that have been worn or washed;

ii)           pierced jewellery (for health and hygiene reasons);

iii)          underwear and swimwear without a hygiene seal;

iv)          beauty product and accessories (for hygiene reasons);

v)           shoes tried on outdoors; and

vi)          customised and personalised items.


Returning a faulty item


If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please return and I will, at my option, exchange or refund it.


If your product develops a fault after 30 days from purchase, I will, at my option, repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or refund it.


All liability for consequential loss is excluded.


Returning your product


You must return them using the returns mechanism and procedures provided on my website which is accessible by logging into your account. Please follow the instructions on my website as to how the item is to be returned and print off the relevant return label for each of the items you wish to return.  Depending on my supplier, you may be asked to pay a fee to print a returns label for an item to be returned or you may be asked to post the item to my supplier and upload a receipt for postage to your account if instructed to do so.  If I agree the item is faulty I will refund the cost of returning the item.

If you are returning more than one product, you must print the return label or form for each of my suppliers whose products you are returning and each of the products must be packed by the relevant supplier who sent you the products and returned using the correct paperwork.


If you return a product using an incorrect returns label, your refund may be refused, or you may have to pay a carriage charge to have the product returned to you so you can return it using the correct label.  It is very important that you use the correct returns label for each product you are returning as products may need to be sent to different places for the return to be processed.


How you will be refunded

 If you are entitled to a refund under these terms you will be refunded the price you paid for the products, including the cost of delivery, via the payment app. I aim to refund you within 30 days of receiving the returned item. If the returned product was faulty or incorrectly described, you will also be refunded the cost of the return delivery (if paid by you) and the original shipping charge applied to the order or a proportion of it as set out below.

Where one delivery charge was made in respect of several different products, it will be deemed that the delivery charge for each product is in proportion of its price to the total basket of products that the delivery charge was applied.

Refunds will be made via the payment app.

I aim to refund you within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

Where you received a global discount on your original order, but you have only returned part of that order, the discount will be amortised over the contents of the order in proportion of the price of the individual products before the global discount was applied and the refund shall be the price less the fair proportion of the global discount.  Please note that global discounts are in respect of goods only and are not applied to shipping.

We may make a deduction from your refund


A deduction may be made from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.


Excessive returns


If I or my customer service team notice an unusual pattern of returns activity, or I or my customer service team suspected someone is actually wearing their purchases and then returning them,  ordering and returning far more than the average customer or returning an excessive number of damaged goods, then I reserve the right to refuse any refunds and any future orders.
